Manifesto
This document is notmarketing.
Synapsr is, first and foremost, a promise.
Not a pitch. Not a slogan.
A promise we make to ourselves.
Never to build to impress.
Never to sell time we don't have.
Never to close what can be open.
This promise was born from a simple conviction:
if a tool is missing, we build it.
With every friction, the same question:
why hasn't anyone solved this?
So we started. And we haven't stopped.
We are not an agency that sells time.
We are not a startup chasing scale.
Time is the most precious thing we have.
Ours. Yours.
Every tool we build should give it back, not take it away.
We are a lab.
Five people — developers, designers —
who build, test, and share what works.
When something works for us, we share it.
Not out of generosity — out of curiosity to see what others will make of it.
Open code is an invitation.
Inspect. Test. Improve.

Why we open our code
91% of our projects are public.
Not out of ideology. Out of pragmatism.
When code is open:
- →We hold ourselves to making it readable
- →Others can verify it
- →Those who want to contribute, can
- →Those who want to use it, can
Secrecy protects. Transparency builds.
It's a choice. Not always easy. But it's ours.

Build to simplify, not to impress.
A successful tool is one you forget about.

Turn complexity into clarity.
If it's hard to understand, we haven't worked hard enough.

Innovate without exploiting.
Respect data. Think about impact. Build for people.

Open the code by default.
91% of our projects are public. Transparency builds trust.
